About once a week, or whenever the scent starts to fade. Flipping too often uses up the oil faster, so a steady weekly rhythm gives the best balance between scent and longevity.

Four to six is the usual range. Use more reeds for a stronger scent in a large room, and fewer — three or four — in a small room or closet, where a lighter scent is enough.

No. Oil and water do not mix, and water will stop the reeds from drawing scent properly. Always top up with diffuser oil, ideally in the same or a similar fragrance.

It depends on the bottle size, the number of reeds, the room temperature and how much air moves through the space. More reeds in a warm, airy room shorten its life; the scent fades gradually, and the sign to refill is a low oil level and dry reeds.

On a level, stable surface, upright, away from direct sunlight and heat, and out of reach of children and pets. Hallways, bathrooms, bedrooms and closets are ideal because they suit a steady, flame-free scent.

Neither is universally better — they suit different preferences. Soy wax is plant-based and burns cooler and slower for a gentle, steady scent. Paraffin melts hotter and throws fragrance more forcefully at first. Pick soy for a calm, slow burn and paraffin for a strong, immediate one.

Paraffin usually throws scent more forcefully and more quickly, especially on the first burns. Soy releases its scent more gently and gradually, so a well-made soy candle with a generous fragrance load scents a room properly over time rather than all at once.

A light, frosty bloom on the surface is a normal trait of natural soy wax, not a defect. It does not change how the candle burns or how it smells, and it often fades or blends in after the first burn.

Soy wax melts at a lower temperature and tends to burn more slowly, but real burn time depends on the candle size, the wick, how long you burn it each time and the room. Trimming the wick and letting the melt pool reach the edge both help a candle last well.

Yes. Every Fiorella candle is poured with 100% natural soy wax and blended with premium French and Japanese fragrance oils at a 10% fragrance load. They are hand-poured in Egypt in small batches, and the vessels are refillable.

You warm it rather than light it. A tealight sits below the pot and warms the dish, so the wax melts gently and the scent rises. The melt itself never touches a flame.

Until the scent fades, which is often several warm-ups from one melt. Replace it when it stops throwing scent, not after a fixed number of hours.

Yes. Let it cool so it firms up, then re-warm it. Reuse the same melt until the scent is gone, then swap in a fresh one.

Either works. Tealights give steady, hands-off warmth; fragrance oil is a clean, easy top-up. Many homes use a tealight for warmth and a melt for scent together.

Because every order is hand-poured and packed to order, delivery time is confirmed with you at checkout or when we confirm your order. We'll keep you updated, but we can't promise an exact delivery date in advance.

Two options. You can pay a 30% deposit via InstaPay or Vodafone Cash to 01550243996 — your order is confirmed once we receive it — and pay the remaining 70% in cash on delivery. Or pay the full amount upfront via InstaPay or Vodafone Cash. Please send the receipt with your order number.

Yes, cash on delivery is available on every order. If you choose the 30% deposit option, the remaining 70% is paid in cash when your order arrives.

You can return unused, unopened items within 14 days of receiving your order. Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the problem is our error — then we cover it.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and check the returned items. We'll confirm as soon as the refund is processed.

Contact us with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right — a free replacement or a full refund, and we cover the shipping either way.

Opened or burned candles, used diffusers or refills, custom and wedding or bulk items, and sale or clearance items can't be returned. Unused, unopened items within 14 days are always welcome back.

On the first burn, let the wax melt evenly to the edge of the jar, then trim the wick to about 5 mm before each use. Burn for a few hours at a time, keep away from drafts and anything flammable, and never leave a burning candle unattended.

For reed diffusers, place the reeds in the oil and flip them when you want a scent boost, keeping the bottle upright and out of direct sunlight. When the oil runs low, refill with our refill bottles rather than water. Car, closet and pottery diffusers use their own scented refills.
